This new facility for Pacific American Fish Company has 15,000 s.f. of corporate, sales and shipping offices, and over 88,000 s.f. of loading docks, freezers, seafood processing, and cooking.  A central refrigeration plant serves the entire facility. Total facility is 103,000 s.f.

The freezer is of steel frame construction with insulated panels and is 40’ clear; the balance of the building is concrete tilt-up with box-within-a-box design.  Single-deep racking with extended-mast turret trucks provide highly efficient storage in the freezer.

The building exterior features recessed seafood forms within the concrete exterior walls.  The project is located in the city of Vernon, CA, in an area surrounded by numerous food processing and cold storage facilities.
