This new 520 student addition doubled the size of a complete K-8 campus. Included was a new 12,000 square foot Gymnasium plus ATI's copyrighted Classroom design packages. The gymnasium and large athletic fields components were joint funded with the City of Manteca. The project included 10 acres of improvements plus the addition of 42,000 square feet of classrooms, adminstration, library, kindergarten, gymnasium and food services facilities with construction cost of $13.8M.
