ATI developed the first school for Patterson's east side community. This 1,200 student, 24 acre campus incorporates classroom of the 21st Century technology, a large community campus quad area, and separate dining and gym facilities. The large 22,000 square foot Gymnasium was developed jointly with the City of Patterson for use by its Parks and Recreation activities during non-school hours. The park like environment integrates three competition size soccer fields.

The project was delivered utlizing California state Lease-lease-back contracting and was constructed in multiple phases.
