ATI was commissioned to assist the private Owner with the final development phase of an existing 30 year old neighborhood shopping center.  The center is a neighborhood icon that is heavily used by local patrons.

The project consisted of the construction of two new one-story retail buildings, and the exterior renovation of the five existing buildings.  The work was modeled after a “Village”
theme that successfully tied the existing and new buildings together aesthetically.
