Sited in the Logan Square district, this $7,500,000 recreation facility is the first new YMCA in the city in 10 years. Built in two phases, Phase 1 comprises reception, lounge, gym, racquetball courts, locker rooms, exercise room, weight equipment room, aerobics room, a daycare center, staff offices, a board room, food service facilities, and support areas. Phase 2 comprises an indoor pool, running track and additional locker room and shower facilities.
