ATI completed the Architectural and Engineering designs for this 2 story 30,000 sq. ft. medical and commercial office building in 2004 at an estimating cost of $2.8 million.

ATI also provided interior tenant improvements and design for many of the building’s tenants including a 5000 sq. ft. Dental and Orthodontic practice, for the building developer and owner.
