Three speculative office/medical buildings were designed for a site overlooking a ravine with sweeping panoramic views of the Santa Ana Mountains.  Using a concrete tilt-up  base wall construction, these handsome buildings featured added scoring, stone veneers,  brushed steel and aluminum window frames, handrails and canopies, and sculpted cornices.

Colors for the buildings were established in earth tone ranges, reflecting the rugged, natural desert environment of the locale.  A light green glazing complimenting the building colors was selected.  The project features abundant landscaping using drought-tolerant plants and ground cover. 

The overall impact of the project was to both blend into the natural surroundings while meeting a growing demand for quality office and medical space in a rapidly-growing region of Southern California.
