Design and entitlement assistance for a 120,000 s.f. 4 story office building over 2 levels of basement parking in Dublin, CA.  The project involved programming for high technology telecommunications tenants as well as general office tenants.  The building was to be serviced with chilled water for air conditioning and included a 4MW Emergency Back-up Generator.
