This old mission courtyard retail and office project is located within the city of Fremont, Mission San Jose Historic District.

The Mission San Jose Historic District established strict design guidelines uses and site master planning restrictions to maintain the historic architecture located within the district.

ATI was successful in designing a retail office complex that met all the requirements of this historic district.  Once the approvals were obtained, the architect also processed the site development permits through the city planning process.  This entire effort took two years to complete and construction started in 2003.
