The Design of a second floor addition and exterior modifications to an existing 6,000 sq. ft. one story retail building.  The addition consisted of an additional 6,000 sq. ft, two stairs and an elevator.  The project was designed to meet the urban design guidelines for the Downtown District of Pleasanton.  The completed project houses retail on the first floor and commercial on the second floor.
