The design of a new 16,000 s.f., 2 story building with first floor retail and second floor office space for Branagh, Inc.  The building was designed to meet the strict urban guidelines of the City of Pleasanton.  The building exterior was of masonry and plaster with canvas sign awnings, pedestrian plaza and houses 2 restaurants, a wine shop, smoothie shop, coffee shop and several professional office tenants.
