Project Manager - Education
Danville, Redlands and Roseville Offices

Experience managing architect, designer, and production teams, internal and external engineering disciplines and client commitments. Prepare and manage budgets, contracts and schedules for large and various smaller projects. Ability to manage clients and delegate work. Experience with DSA required. May involve project Architect of Record responsibilities. Show initiative when faced with design, technical or client management problems.


Project Architect – Education
Danville, Redlands and Roseville Offices

California Licensed Architect. Experience preparing construction documents in the educational marketplace including entire school campuses, modernizations and individual buildings. Experienced working in project teams with consultants and clients. Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Specifications. Design and developing details and building systems. Construction Administration


Job Captain – Education
Danville, Redlands and Roseville Offices

Five or more years of experience. Good communication skills. Assemble construction documents. Ability to work on concurrent projects. AutoCAD and related computer programs. Design sketches and schematic design drawings. Coordinate multi-disciplines and agency submittals/approvals. Provide assistance during the construction administration phase. Understand various construction types, building systems, building codes and building detailing.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Danville Office

Licensed California PE with 10 - 15 years experience. Ability to resolve a variety of design issues including 12KV power distribution, emergency power systems, short circuit calculations and coordination studies. Thorough knowledge of codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Assist in establishing design criteria to meet customer requirements and conceptualize the initial electrical design approach for large facilities type projects and overall responsibility for the electrical engineering work on multiple projects of limited scope. Planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing electrical engineering work for new or retrofit facilities in industrial, commercial and educational sectors. Develop scope, estimate discipline man-hours, deliverables and fees for the projects. Serve as a liaison between clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design teams. Review and prepare plans, calculations and technical specifications and cost estimates. Coordinate design documents with the project team including Architects, Mechanical, Structural and Civil Engineering. Supervise the work of designers and technical support personnel assigned to the project. Participate in contract bidding, construction administration services, start- ups and close outs. Writing proposals and participating in presentations

Electrical Engineer
Danville Office

Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 - 4 years experience. Position will involve developing design documents and electrical calculations for power distribution, lighting, controls, and fire alarm systems for industrial, commercial, and educational projects. Knowledge of codes and proficiency with AutoCAD required. Review preliminary and final electrical design with other disciplines for function, clearances, coordination, and final design selection. Implement Agency Review and Peer Review comments.  Prepare final Permit Package. Provide construction administration services such as reviewing shop drawings; preparing response to RFI’s and carry out punch walk
