ATI is a multi-disciplined architectural and engineering design and design-build company providing integrated design and turnkey design-build solutions for the under $100M construction value projects. ATI’s clients are located primarily in California. ATI maintains four Offices in California to support its clients and projects.

ATI's long term strategy is to continue to work on larger and more high profile projects as the firm and its reputation grow. Building on our tradition of strategically positioning itself to take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves, the Company expects to continue to add new services, new marketplaces, and new geographical service areas, continuing the development of our vision to provide integrated A/E/C services throughout the Western U.S.

ATI began operations in 1989. Subsequently, ATI experienced significant expansion of its services, market sectors, and geographic reach. Services currently provided include: Architecture, and Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Design-Build. The vast majority projects that ATI executes are from Education, Government, Industrial and Commercial marketplaces. In 2008, ATI completed a strategic acquisition in Orange County, CA that added a significant portfolio and capability in the niche Industrial marketplace of Cold Storage, Food Processing, and Distribution facilities. Current geographic coverage includes most of California with some work out of state. 

ATI has a strong culture of growth. For six consecutive years between 1997 and 2002, ATI was named one of the fastest growing private firms, in any industry, in the San Francisco Bay Area. For the 10 year period between 1992 and 2001, ATI’s revenues grew at an impressive annualized rate of 31% per year.
